Returns can be made within 30 days after purchase for refund or exchange for South African customers only.
The courier costs to return and resend will be covered by the customer.
If the product is being returned because it arrived damaged, we will carry the courier expense to exchange it.
International refunds are not possible due to the cost of shipping and return to sender duties.
We’ve learnt it takes some time to make something timeless. Please allow us 14 working days to create your print.
WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
Your order will be processed within 1-5 business days. All prints have a lead time of 14 days.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
International orders are shipped via FedEx & DHL Door-to-door Express services. Orders are shipped once a week. Each order has a tracking number, which will be sent to you to trace your parcel.
Customs and import duties are charged by the receiving country and at the buyer’s cost. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit and do not accept returns/refunds orders.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
Returns of Back-Order items are non-exchangeable & non-refundable, unless we have another buyer for the made-to-order item.

Customers are liable for postage/shipping fees when returning items.
No exchange will be accepted on sale items.
We ship using local and international door-to-door couriers. We cannot ship to any PO Box addresses.
All taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the recipient.
